Chelsea Triche is a Research and Training Coordinator at Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center (SUAREC), where she coordinates, leads, and teaches food safety. Chelsea has developed and modified educational materials for the trainings to better support the participants. In addition to her food safety work, Chelsea is currently serving as the Interim-Lab Manager for the SUAREC Food Analysis Laboratory. Chelsea Triche has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science with a concentration in Animal Science and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Biology.
